ACCOMMODATION

Ijahis idja, the Music Festival of Indigenous Peoples, will be held in centre of Inari. There is a wide range of accommodation available in Inari, in Ivalo (40 kilometres south from Inari) and in Kaamanen (33 kilometres north from Inari).

CAFÉ AND BAR IN IJAHIS IDJA

In Ijahis idja there is a café where you can buy food and  beverages. At the Ijahis idja festival area there is also a bar, where it is possible to buy alcoholic drinks. The bar area is separately enclosed area where the age limit is 18 years. Identification card is required. The bar is open until 01.30 on both evenings. 


EVENTS IN THE AUDITORIUM

There are approx. 250 seats in the Sajos auditorium during the festival. If you wish to get a seat for the concerts on Saturday you must arrive in good time. We kindly ask you to arrive at least 20 minutes before the announced show time.

SPORTS COMPETITION


There are two different sports; lasso sprint and lasso throwing. It is possible to register yourself to the competitions beforehand or at the gate when arriving to the festival area.
