Ante Aikio is a Sámi artist who has been performing joik since early childhood and has written two novels and a short story collection based on Sámi mythology. Aikio has released two singles and the album Eret. He has also appeared on other artists’ releases.
At Ijahis Idja, Aikio performs together with fellow Inari musician Nilla Länsman, presenting both his released material and unreleased songs.
